I'm not a corporate HR consultant who's never been on a job site. I built Railton & Co. specifically for the home service industry — because your team, your culture, and your challenges are completely different from an office environment.
I spent seven years in the insurance industry before stepping out in 2021 to build something of my own. What started as a VA business evolved into the HR-focused practice it is today — because that's where I kept seeing the biggest gap.
Home service businesses are building incredible companies, but they're doing it without the people systems they need. I'm here to change that.
